The Party
Twenty Seven kids were at the party, including mine.Tonia, Eileen and Reggie were there too. I made a bunch of pizzas and they were pretty close to Pop's, I got lots of compliments on them , so they must have been good! The kids had a blast. It will surely go down in history as one of the best parties we have had...here is some little video clips......
There was also a big Hula Hooping Contest . .......
They danced to some old favorites...
Margaret had so much fun, at one point she realized that it was Sunday night and she had school the next day and she started worrying about homework.....I put an end to that and just to make sure she enjoyed the rest of party, we decided that we would all take the next day off. Patrick and Kathleen already had it off for vacation but the other kids have school this week. So the big party was followed by a day of rest.

Margaret the Teenager
This weekend we will be celebrating Margarets 13th birthday with a Dance Party and a few friends. Actually Margaret invited Hebron Academy's Middle School....that is about 35 kids , boys and girls, I only know of a few who can not come.
Our favorite Brett is driving to Maine this morning just for this party. He has to leave and go back to work tomorrow. He will bring all his "dance party stuff" .....We are all so lucky!!
We have hung streamers in the "dance hall" and we have filled some goody bags...There are prizes for whoever can out last in the hula hoop contest and a prize for the most creative dancer!!
I have made dough which will be turned into 8 pizzas, hopefully as yummy as Pop's.
I will take pictures and post...I promise.

Happy Birthday Patrick!
Patrick turned 9 years old yesterday and as always, I was reminded of the day he was born. My Mom and Dad were waiting for me to come back to my room from surgery, I remember being pushed down the hall and I could hear their voices and I was thinking " Is that Grammy and Pop's?" I was surprised to have visitors waiting for me before I even got to my room. Patrick Raymond Fogarty had arrived and they were proud!
Patrick enjoyed a Snow Day yesterday, along with his siblings. he spent a large portion of his day out playing in the snow. Cooper was out too....
He has got to be the happiest dog in Maine!
We had some cake a few presents, the usual birthday festivities....
Basketball has been taking up a lot of our time, Taf plays for Hebron, Quinn and Margaret play on the same Auburn team, which is really fun to watch. Margaret also plays on a travel team for Lewiston. Patrick plays in Auburn...and Kathleen watches! Margaret and Quinn have also had three games for Hebron Middle School but they do not have a "real team" , it is just the Phys Ed Class which someone organized a few scrimmages for them to play in.
We have lots of snow.....
