Snowmen and Gardening

Last weekend when I woke up on Saturday morning, I had the option of either building a snowman or working in the garden....I chose to put winter behind me and pick up the rake. I am happy to report that as of today, with the help of today's rain, the snow in my yard is officially gone.....
The daffodils are in bloom and the grass is turning green. It is like there is a master switch that gets thrown and....bang....its Spring! However it gets here, I am glad it is here!

I saw a great movie with the kids on Sunday.....Nim's Island. I recommend it to any age audience. Jodie Foster was really funny!

Saturday is opening day for Baseball/softball.....I think we will have 6 games to watch. The big boys have three games...kind of a round robin ( one hour games) and Patrick has a game, and Margaret has two. I am excited about that day!
The first Trinity game is Thursday after school....I am excited about that too!! Unfortunatly Quinn and Margaret's games are at the same time....hopefully not to far apart.

Tomorrow I am working out at the gym with this crazy trainer named Keena, we will be doing some interval training......it is so hard, but really fun, I love it when it is over!

I have had a lot of bad news recently....a lot of people need some special prayers....I think today I will make a list in case you have a few minutes....

1) For My Dad , we prayer that his cancer gets very small and disappears, and that his happy days multiply and seem to last forever!
2) For the Father of Cooper Campbell, a boy who went to school with Taf, Cooper was killed in a car accident last night....his father is in ICU....his mopther had passed away a few years ago.
3) For my friend Eileen who just found a lump in her breast and is having a lumpectomy
4) For Sue Devoe's grand daughter Marianne, who has been fighting for her life since she was born this past Oct.
5) For my Dad's buddy Bob Greco, who was just diagnosed with a terrible leukemia.

I am anxious to hear anyones good news if you have any......
