Just Buzzing

Things are going well here in Maine. I took 4 outta 5 to the beach today. It was beautiful except I kept getting bit by horseflies....I hate them.
Speaking of bites, how many times have you been stung by a bee while you were sleeping?? Me? No, I have never been stung by a bee while I was sleeping, once I drank one that was in a soda can, but spit him out before he could sting me and more importantly before I swallowed him.....Kathleen however, was stung the other night on her chin while she was asleep.....she came in my room crying saying she was stung and I did not beleive her, I asked her if she was dreaming and she said no.....then I asked her if she had pins and needles ....she said no.....then I went to tuck her back in her bed, where I found a bug on her bed....I told her to turn the light on and sure enough it was a yellow jacket and then she said her chin hurt and sure enough,again, she had a fat lip with a nice shiny bee sting!!!Poor baby....I tried to play it off liek it was ni big deal and that bees are never in your bed.....I was so worried that she would be nervous about going to bed the next night, but she was ok.

I receieved Margaret's grades from summer school, she did excellent and each of her teachers had written comments on her progress. She recieved two book awards, one in study skills and one in writing......She also recieved a medal for her outstanding sportsmanship in her afternoon activites and sports. There were only 15 medals given out to the 80-some summer school students!!! GO MARGARET!!!!

Me and my girls have a big night planned , we are watching High School Musical 2 tonight at 8pm.......woohoo!!!
